Our Saturday Food Markets are truly one of our favorite parts of what we do. Being able to help make sure families have access to food and ease some of the financial stress they may be experiencing is incredibly meaningful to us.

A huge thank you to Navy Federal Credit Union and @ Chula Vista Vet Center for joining us this past Saturday and providing valuable resources to our community. We appreciate your continued support and partnership! 💙

If you haven’t stopped by yet, we’d love to see you at our next Food Market on August 22nd! We’re excited to have Grand Canyon University joining us as a special guest. 😊

Courage to Call had

Our Community Liaison, Kira, enjoyed a tour of Casa Palmera with Thomas Ward.
Their full gym and sauna are just two of the many perks of embarking on a mental health or substance use disorder recovery there. We are so grateful for the care and positive impact their organization continues to make.
Thank you for having us and being a resource to our community.🙂

We are committed to Keep Courage Alive and continue to serve our military community.
None of this would be possible without the generosity of our private donor, the support of our community partners, and the many opportunities to collaborate with others who share our mission.
We are honored to continue serving San Diego County while expanding our impact. Thank you for your continued support and for being part of this journey with us.💚

July 11th Recap:
Our Food Market, in partnership with Feeding San Diego, provided groceries to many military families in need. We are grateful to continue serving as a trusted resource for our community. We also appreciate the Chula Vista Vet Center for joining us and providing valuable information and support to those in attendance.

In addition, we had the opportunity to table at two wonderful community events:
• Imperial Beach Boys & Girls Club Youth Resource Fair
• United Against Fentanyl – Walk to Save Lives

We may be a small team, but we are mighty! We look forward to creating even more partnerships, reaching more families, and continuing to make a positive impact in our community.

A little late with the update, but we’re still celebrating! 🎉 Our Summer Food Market Bash on June 27th was an incredible success! 💚👏🏾
We had the honor of serving so many members of our military community. None of it would have been possible without our amazing team, dedicated volunteers, and incredible vendor partners.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported us, and helped make the day so special. Your continued encouragement means the world to us. We’re grateful to be part of such a strong, caring community, and to work alongside people who share the same passion for serving others. We see you, and we appreciate you! 🇺🇸✨

Our team members, Kira and Yennifer, had the opportunity to tour Rogers Behavioral Health in Rancho Bernardo.

It was great learning about the incredible work they do supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, and addiction.

We enjoyed hearing about their creative approach to exposure therapy and seeing the passion their team brings to helping others.

We’re grateful to have another amazing resource in our pocket for the individuals and families we serve.
